Vanished places of the Orlické Mountains with photographer Jolana Havelková and archaeologist Bohumír Dragoun. This lecture and screening will showcase former secluded settlements, abandoned villages, sunken roads, and small artifacts mapped and photographed by Jolana Havelková over the course of a year during her wanderings through the landscape of the Orlické Mountains—from Olešnice through Zemská brána to Nebeská Rybná. Bohumír Dragoun, an archaeologist and historian from the Museum in Deštné v Orlických horách, will speak about the history of these sites and structures. An accompanying program for children will be provided by KC Schule.
